HISTORY


                                                                  Inedit was created in 2008 by Ferran
                                                                  Adrià, and his team of sommeliers from
                                                                  elBulli who believed in the need for a
                                                                  beer to accompany and compliment the
                                                                  varied flavours found in modern
                                                                  gastronomy.

                                                                  Known for its picturesque vistas, hidden
                                                                  coves and idyllic historic villages, the
                                                                  Costa Brava is home to some of the best
                                                                  restaurants in the world, and is also the
                                                                  location of elBulli where Inedit was
                                                                  created in 2008.


                                                                  Inedit is a truly unique beer made with
                                                                  barley malt, wheat, hops, coriander,
                                                                  liquorice and orange peel..

                                                                  Best served in a white wine glass, no
                                                                  more than half full, to fully appreciate its
                                                                  intensity and aromatic complexity.

                                                                  Inedit was created to pair with a variety
                                                                  of culinary creations, even the most
                                                                  complicated ones based on citrus fruits
                                                                  and bitter elements. Splendid when
                                                                  served with starters, salads and fatty
                                                                  fish, its versatility also allows it to
                                                                  accompany bittersweet flavours and
                                                                  spicy sensations.





                                                                  TASTING NOTES


                                                                  High intensity and aromatic complexity.
                                                                  Its appearance is slightly cloudy. Fruity
                                                                  and floral to the nose, with a yeasty
                                                                  sensation and sweet spice
                                                                  reminiscences. Creamy, fresh texture,
                                                                  soft volume and delicately carbonic.
                                                                  Long aftertaste and pleasant memory.
