From our Incoming Team Coordinator

Greetings from your New Team Coordinator! I accepted this position because I value the love, music,
friendships, and joy Sweet Adelines has brought to my life over the last 24 years. I am honored to have
been selected and am committed to serving the region with my skills and professional background in
Change Management, Project Management, Facilitation, Coaching, and strategic planning…it’s my day
job.

In July, the RMT will come together for a retreat to develop a strategic plan and vision for Region 1
through 2030 and beyond. We have successfully navigated some unprecedented challenges over the last
few years (thanks to all of you and a very dedicated RMT), but times have changed, costs have escalated,
and things will never go back to the way they “used to be”.

We will work together to define the “new normal”, set some goals, and strategize ways to grow and
sustain our region. I hope we can count on all of you for new ideas, active engagement, and your unique
talents and contributions.

I am excited to work alongside the rest of our seasoned RMT members and am grateful for their patience
and guidance as I transition into my new role.
