evenly on the bottom of the pan, working the sides last. Make the
sides as thick as possible and press firmly so the crust keeps its
shape in the oven. Decorate the top edge along all four sides with a
table knife, fork, or other tool, making evenly spaced designs.
Refrigerate the crust for 20 minutes before baking.
