A single-crust Olive Oil Crust (here) made with a fruity, young,
green oil is sensational.
Swap in barely steamed asparagus for the green beans.
Use tofu cubes, chicken, or shrimp instead of tuna.
Add slivered radishes, carrots, or young turnips.
Use your favorite dressing.
Omit the anchovies, if you must.
