         In today’s rapidly evolving semiconductor industry, advanced devices demand precise power delivery for
         optimal functionality and processing capabilities. Unfortunately, fluctuating resistance in test circuits can
         cause false test failures, leading to reduced yield and increased downtime. At TTS, we understand the
         challenges semiconductor manufacturers face when it comes to testing high-performance devices. That's
         why we're excited to introduce our Tau Series Kelvin Contactors, equipped with custom Kelvin contact
         technology for power management and TTS high reliability spring probes for the remaining device I/O’s.
         These contactors provide optimal resistance and voltage measurements while reducing the complexity of
         the  overall  design  compared  to  full  array  Kelvin  testing.  With  TTS’s  Tau  Series  Kelvin  Contactors,  our
         customers can maximize yield, reduce maintenance downtime, and improve the overall cost of test.
