Sadness and Joy for a Moment :

“Days, weeks and months of sadness with the
loss of my MOM during the time of COVID-19

has left a great emptiness inside me. The pain of
not being able to travel to my mother’s funeral
lives within me. The pain of her not being here to

relish in the news of my accomplishment: My
ACE Night School DIPLOMA in the #1 position.

Both announcements were only days apart, but I
know, besides God, who brought me this far!”
