Welcome to the Allstate Benefits Electronic Flipbook. This e-brochure will
provide you with an initial overview of the Allstate Supplemental Employee
Benefits made available to you through your employer – Saint Mary of the
Woods College. These benefits are completely voluntary, and are
employee funded through payroll deduction. By enrolling through your
company, you will enjoy greatly reduced group rates, and many benefit
premiums qualify for pre-tax payroll deduction. All benefits are offered
without the need for a physical exam and require only 2 medical questions
to qualify.
Benefits Offered include:
• Short-Term Disability Insurance (includes Maternity Leave
Benefits)
• Supplemental Insurance Plans (to help with deductibles, co-pays and
out-of-pocket expenses):
o Accident Plan
o Critical Illness & Cancer Plan
