The most convenient way to manage your Aflac account is through Aflac’s online billing portal,
Aflac Business Services
Once activated, you will be able to:
• view your account 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• view and update employee status information.
• update payment method information.
• review and pay your Aflac invoice.
• print frequently used forms.
Monthly recurring auto draft:
Take one thing off the monthly checklist. Review your account’s eligibility for recurring monthly
payments, and if eligible, enroll today. Once enrolled, you will receive email notifications prior
to your monthly invoice being processed.
