Alpine and Rafetto has set up this Voluntary Employee Benefits Plan to provide you with
access to important employee benefits that you and your family members may want and
need, at greatly reduced group rates, through the convenience of payroll deduction.
Benefits are portable at the same rates if you ever leave here – you can take them with
you at the same rates. While employed with Alpine & Rafetto, you will enjoy an
additional 25-30% discount from the publish group rates for those benefits above with
an asterisk * - they are eligible to be payroll deducted on a pre-tax basis. Coverages are
available for yourself, your spouse (if you have one) and your children (if you have any)
and they may stay on your policy until the age of 26.
