Welcome to the Allstate Benefits Electronic Flipbook.  This e-brochure will provide you
               with an initial overview of the Allstate Supplemental Employee Benefits made available
               to you through your employer. These benefits are completely voluntary, and are
               employee funded through payroll deduction. By enrolling through your company, you
               will enjoy greatly reduced group rates, and many benefit premiums qualify for pre-tax
               payroll deduction status as part of your company’s Section 125 Plan. All benefits are
               offered on a simplified issue basis (medical background questions) without the need for
               a physical exam.
