Welcome to the Allstate Benefits Electronic Brochure Flipbook. This e-brochure will provide you with
an initial overview of the Allstate Supplemental Employee Benefits made available through your
employer. These benefits are completely voluntary and are employee funded through payroll
deduction. By enrolling through your company, you will enjoy relaxed underwriting, greatly reduced

25-30%). All benefits are offered without the need for a physical exam.
