Complex trauma of the hand. The patient was referred with pin fixation osteosynthesis,
exhibiting significant injury and destruction of the second and third rays.
Due to extensive substance loss in both the second and third rays, reconstruction will involve
toe transfers, providing both skin coverage and reconstruction of bone and tendon
structures.
