Obstetric Brachial Plexus Palsy in a Child

               Brachial plexus palsy at birth is a condition occurring due to traction on the limb, typically
               observed in infants with high birth weight, especially in cases of maternal diabetes. As
               illustrated here, the child presents with paralysis of the left upper limb.
