This patient sustained a multidigital amputation with all fingers severed and subsequently
brought in. Given the complexity of the case, the thumb and ring finger were reimplanted to
provide the patient with a functional pinch grip. Initially, reimplantation was performed,
followed by a skin graft covering the amputated metacarpal area.
