                   Wheel Bearings


                   The GEDORE Automotive Wheel Bearing Tool Series KL-0039-... !!!!!
                   The big advantages of the unrivalled KL-0039-... Tool Series are:
                      Modular system with universally combinable centring and pressure rings.
                     This system requires substantially fewer single parts than the conventional tool sets for axle repair.
                      Possibility to complement the set universally with additional centring and pressure rings. The two possible drives (mechanical
                     and hydraulic). The optional use of press support/sleeves and press frames.
                     All these features make this tool almost universal in its field of application.
                   Wheel Bearing Removal
                   Identification of the necessary components and assembling of the tool:
                     Measuring the inner and outer bearing Ø.
                     Determination of the correct pressure and centring ring.
                     Assembling / mounting the pressure piece.

                        Note: The unique design of the pressure pieces enables safe and accurate centring and alignment when changing a wheel
                        bearing. It ensures that when removing and mounting the wheel bearing, the pressing force will be applied on the outer
                        bearing race only, and that when installing the wheel hub, the pressing force will be applied only on the inner bearing race.
                        This prevents damage to the new wheel bearing. The combination of centring rings and pressure rings creates pressure
                        pieces which can accurately be adjusted to the respective bearing Ø.
