Milling Cutter Kit for Glow Plug Electrode,
Mercedes
Suitable for use on Mercedes CDI engines OM611, OM612, OM613, OM646,
OM646 EVO, OM647 and OM648.
This kit complements our glow plug tool sets KL-0369-30 K and KL-0369-31 K. The
milling cutter is used in conjunction with our KL-0369-30 K/KL-0369-31 K tool sets,
thus allowing for the professional milling off of the centre electrode from torn-off
glow plugs.

Milling Cutter Kit for Glow Plug Electrode,
Mercedes
Suitable for use on Mercedes CDI engines with an M8x1 or M10x1 glow plug
retaining thread, e.g.: OM611, OM612, OM613, OM639, OM640, OM642,
OM646, OM646 EVO, OM647, OM648, OM651 and OM668.
Once the top connector has been separated from the glow plug with the aid of the
KL-0369-300 roller-type stud removal socket (included in tool sets KL-0369-30K /
KL-0369-31 K), the remaining centre electrode can be milled off with the
KL-0369-317 K milling cutter.
The residual glow plug tube with heating element can then be removed/drilled out
using the KL-0369-30 K / -31 K tool set (with OM611, OM612, OM613, OM646,
6 OM646 EVO, OM647, OM648), the KL-0369-32 K tool set (with OM668) or the
KL-0132-55 K tool set (with OM639, OM640, OM642, OM651).
