WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM?
There are having problems to staffnurse when there is no proper admission set during new admission to ICU.
WHAT WAS CHANGED, IMPROVED OR IMPLEMENTED?
Changed to proper admission rack that have only admission set.
A clinical workflow more efficient which is the admission rack station located at main Nurses Counter.
Displaying complete set of admission form which is nurses easy to reach and not missed out the form.

WHAT WAS THE BENEFITS?
The ward admission process can run smoothly and save time.
Can do nursing assessment properly during admission with using complete admission form.
More easier for nurses to take over report and pass over report.
Nursing process can carry out to patient.
