Delay for admission in view no bed available ( AWAITING PATIENT DISCHARGE)

Patient that stable and fit will transfer to discharge lounge while awaiting documentation done

once bed available able to accept admission faster

BEFORE AFTER

Patient will stay at bed while awaiting discharge documentation Once patient fit discharge , patient will transfer to discharge lounge

WHAT WAS THE BENEFITS?

Easier for patient ,staft and doctors

able to give treament to patient without delay
