Now more than ever, young as I am, I came to realize how to value
discipline, good health, and safety practices to protect oneself. I also
learned from my parents that prayer is very important during these
trying times. Prayer is a very powerful weapon to combat this dreadful
virus that affected our lives for more than a year a now. Our growth

and development as young individuals have been disrupted and altered.
The normal way of doing things have changed to the so called new
normal way of life, which on our part is disturbing and quite challenging.
We do not like what is happening around us… we are helpless… we are
afraid of what lies ahead of us… our future… our life! What we yearn to
do is to play, learn, live, love, and laugh! We are but children full of

dreams and aspirations in life.
