Volume Discount Levels

BRED offers three levels of dealer discounts:
Level 1 - Dealers that order less than $15,000 of units at List Price during the Preseason (Aug. 1 - Oct. 31).
Level 2 - Dealers that order between $15,000 - $34,999 of units at List Price during the Preseason (Aug. 1 - Oct. 31).
Level 3 - Dealers that order over $35,000 of units at List Price during the Preseason (Aug. 1 - Oct. 31).
Cash Discounts

BRED offers one of the most aggressive Cash Discount in the industry. Our cash Discount on selected items gives you
the option to take advantage of this heavy discount on all or just some of the products. As opposed to other companies,
you do not have to choose in advance your payment options.
Special Freight

BRED offers special freight programs. Some are available year round, others are restricted to Preseason.
Bundle Program
Another feature of the BRED Terms and Discounts is the BUNDLE PROGRAM with Freight. This program is
structured to allow for quick turnaround for fast moving commonly purchased items. These are prepackaged and
structured for prompt shipment.
Discounts
BRED offers two separate discount programs, the Diamond and the Star.
The product line determines which program the dealer uses for discounts. See the following pages for details.

Kemco is a separate program unrelated to either the
Diamond or Star Discount Program.
The Purchase of Kemco Equipment, does not count towards the
Volume Discount.
