              All  sorts  of  rectangles                                 An  activity  for  2  players


              You  need:  2  sheets  of  1 cm  squared  grid  paper;  10  small  white  cards
              numbered  1 - 10;  10  coloured  cards  numbered  1 - 5  twice


              o  Mix  up  all  the  cards  and  put them  face  down.

              o  One  of you  takes  a  white  card,  the  other  a  coloured  card.

              o  Write  4  facts  like thes~aur rectangle.

              o  Compare  results.  Do you  agree  with  each  other?

              o  Now  choose  2  more  cards  and  start again.

                 Together,  try  to  find  and  draw at  least 3  rectangles
                 made  from  30  squares.
                 Write  about each  one.
