Multiple sort An activity for pairs or small groups
You need: 2 cm squared paper; pair of scissors; large sheet
of blank paper, glue pen
rn Make a card from squared paper for each multiple in the x 2 table.
[gJ Now do the same for the x 5 and xl 0 tables.
Have you got thirty
~ Put the cards in order starting with 2 and cards altogether?
ending with 100.
~ Now get rid of the spare cards so that you
only have one of each number.
~ On the large sheet of paper draw
a sorting diagram like this:

[§J Take turns to place a card in the correct region.
If you get stuck ask a friend for help.
