Vast experience at the helm of Novus Print
Spokesperson: Neil Birch, Chief Executive Officer at Novus Holdings

14 November 2018: Novus Holdings (JSE: NVS), a leader in the South African commercial printing
and manufacturing sector, has appointed Andre Smit to the position of Group Executive: Novus Print,
commencing 01 February 2019.
The appointment serves to bring continued stability to the printing division, as Smit has been with the
Group for over 20 years, thus bringing with him vast institutional knowledge of the print and manufacturing
landscape.
He will gradually take over the reins from Conrad Rademeyer, current Group Executive: Novus Print.
“Andre’s unwavering integrity makes him the perfect candidate to drive the Novus Print strategy, achieving
volume and synergies across all printing plants, standardising processes to achieve maximum efficiency and
driving organic growth in existing operations. We look forward to the positive contribution that he will make
in his new role,” said Neil Birch, Novus Holdings CEO.
