•Delivery – Normal shipping is 7 to 10 working days from date of order. If you do need
sooner, please call Customer Service and they will check if our factory can meet the date.

•Ordering – Orders can be placed on our B2B website or by email -
orders@novellglobal.com. Orders can also be phoned in to Customer Service at 888-868-
3551. Select option #4 for Customer Service. Option #3 for Custom Shop.
•Canceling Orders – All cancelations must be made within 24 hours from the time you
receive the order confirmation. The cancelation can be sent by email, fax or phone.
Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 20-30% restocking fee depending on the
detail and level of complication to the ring. Orders for custom designed rings cannot be
canceled after 24 hours.
•Repairs – Contact Novell customer service for a RA#. A manufacturing defect will be
repaired or a new ring will be provided free of charge. If the ring is determined to be
damaged due to customer neglect there will be a charge. Shipping and handling fees are
applied.
