Build, Replace, or Repair your Railcar Unloading System

Railcar Manifold

NBE can provide components for assembling a complete
pneumatic railcar unloading manifold.

Price estimates are developed by working closely with the
customer.

Supplied prints and dimensional information allows us to provide a system that fits even the most
demanding specifications.

Railcar Hatch Vent
Allows filtered air to enter the railcar during the unloading
process.

Air/maze style filter with rain cover.

Railcar Unloader

The Railcar Unloader mounts on the railcar discharge
tube. The assembly features all aluminum construction
(stainless steel also available) with adjustable air flow con-
trol and includes a Cam-lock fitting for hose connection.
Standard is a 4.00”, 5.00” or 6.00” aluminum Male Cam-
lock, but other custom adapters are available.

Farside Railcar Filter
Install on the opposite side of the unloader to introduce filtered
air to enter the railcar during the unloading process.

Aluminum construction and replaceable mesh filter.
