Available with several different Acrison dry solids metering mechanisms,
the Model 407 Series of Weigh Feeders are compact, low profile and
economical. They utilize Acrison’s highly advanced and widely recog-
nized “Weight-Loss-Differential” concepts and technology to provide
superior overall performance in metering a wide variety of dry solid and
liquid ingredients.
This particular model series of weigh feeders include an incomparable, time-proven
weighing technology specifically developed by Acrison for “weight-loss” weigh feeding
applications. The weighing system is a single beam, “platform” type lever network,
robustly constructed for exceptionally long life and near zero maintenance require-
ments. In addition, the weighing system is permanently calibrated and adjustment-free.
The Models 407 and 407X Weigh Feeders are available with several different type Model 407X-105X
metering mechanisms… the selection of which is determined by the physical han-
dling characteristics of the product or products to be metered and/or the feed rate
requirements. Feed rates range from less than one pound up to several thousand
pounds per hour.
