REAL There are usually separate agents representing the Buyer and Seller,
ESTATE guiding them through the entire sale transaction. All Real Estate Agents
AGENT are licensed. You can see the benefits of using a professional Real Estate

The escrow officer is an unbiased third party who works with all participants
PTA to facilitate a successful closing of the real estate transaction. The escrow
officer ensures all conditions and instructions are met prior to closing.
ESCROW At closing, they will collect the purchase money funds from the Buyer
OFFICER and lender as well as the settlement costs from each party. They disburse
the funds in accordance with the settlement statement and record the
necessary documents to transfer ownership of the property.
PTA The title agent performs a search of public records to trace the chain of
title and ensure a clear title so a title insurance policy can be issued. They
TITLE will issue a commitment for title insurance that outlines their findings and
OFFICER identifies any clouds or encumbrances that need to be cleared. When the
transaction closes the title officer will issue the final title policies.
