Are you a subdivider?






           Arizona law defines a subdivider as:

           …any person who:


           • offers for sale or lease six or more lots, parcels or fractional

               interests in a subdivision; or

           • causes land to be subdivided into a subdivision for the

               subdivideror for others; or


           • undertakes to develop a subdivision, but does not include a

               public agency or officer authorized by law to create

               subdivisions.

           GRAND ISLAND ESTATES HAS  PARCEL H, I AND F.  EACH PARCEL HAS THEIR OWN RECORDED PLAT.


           IF YOU OWN FEWER THAN 6 PROPERTIES IN EACH UNIT/PHASE YOU ARE EXEMPT FROM BEING REQUIRED TO OBTAIN A
           SUBDIVISION DISCLOSURE REPORT BECAUSE YOU DO NOT OWN 6 OR MORE PROPERTIES PER PLAT.
