illegal by ADRE and a cease

and desist order was issued.

Owners were required and
failed to submit for a public

report within the allotted

time.

After facilitating a meeting

between the owners and

ADRE, Pioneer Title Agency
was able to negotiate an

agreement between ADRE and

the owners with the condition
that the owners submit for a

new Public Report.
