he municipality has hosted the famous Maestro Harout who was
born to a family of famous artists, it is no surprise that Harout
Fazlian has become not only one of the leading musicians in
TLebanon, also, the much admired and respected maestro in
the symphonic and operatic life in Lebanon. Fazlian accompanied by
the Tenore Eliya Francis, the soprano Caroline Solage and the Baritone
Maxime Chami to perform the Opera Night at St. Georges Church’s
Square with the presence of many public figures from the town and the
neighboring villages.
