                Pay attention to the procedure text below and understand it. Read

                     the procedure text on how to make a hambuger carefully.

                                         How to Make a Hamburger

     Goal:

      To make a delicious homemade hamburger.

     Materials and Ingredients:

           1 hamburger bun (top and bottom)

           1 beef patty (or chicken/plant-based patty)

           1 slice of cheese (optional)

           Lettuce

           Tomato slices

           Onion slices (optional)

           Pickles (optional)
           Ketchup and/or mayonnaise

           Butter or oil

           A frying pan or grill

           A spatula

     Steps:

         1.Heat the frying pan or grill over medium heat.

        2.Cook the beef patty for about 3–5 minutes on each side until fully

           cooked.

        3.If using cheese, place it on top of the patty during the last minute of

           cooking to melt.

        4.Cut the hamburger bun in half and toast the inside lightly in the pan or
           toaster.

        5.Spread ketchup or mayonnaise on the inside of the bun.

        6.Place the cooked patty on the bottom half of the bun.

        7.Add lettuce, tomato slices, onion, and pickles as you like.

        8.Cover with the top half of the bun.

        9.Serve warm on a plate
