HOW TO MAKE KOREAN FRIED
CHICKEN
Materials:
250 grams of chicken (cut into small pieces)
3 tablespoons of flour
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1 egg
Oil (for frying)
2 tablespoons of chili sauce
1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 clove of garlic (minced)
Tools:
Bowl
Frying pan
Spoon
Tongs
Plate
Paper towel
Steps:
1.Put the chicken in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, and one egg. Mix well.
2.Add flour and cornstarch to the chicken. Mix again until coated evenly.
3.Heat oil in a frying pan.
4.Fry the chicken until golden brown and crispy. Put on paper towel to drain
oil.
5.In another pan, sauté the garlic until fragrant.
6.Add chili sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir well.
7.Put the fried chicken into the sauce. Mix until all pieces are coated.
8.Cook for 1–2 minutes. 63
9.Serve on a plate and enjoy your Korean Fried Chicken!
