ROLES AND

RESPONSIBILITIES

Teachers
• Make lessons that are aligned with the appropriate

competencies needed by the students.
• Publish materials parallel to the topics to be discussed
and make them available to the students.

• Continuously support students who are having
technical difficulties by providing learning packages in

the form of recorded sessions, handouts, etc.
• Actively respond to the concerns of both students and
parents.

• Schedule extra sessions for students requiring further
monitoring or assistance.

• Internalize the core values of the school (Love for God,
Excellence through Discipline, Integrity, Service to
Others) both inside and outside the learning setup.

Administrators
• Continuously support the professional development of
teachers by providing regular training aligned with the

new structure of online education.
• See to the needs of students, parents, and teachers

alike by constantly developing the learning
management system and making it easily accessible to
all.

• Give regular feedback about the administration of the
instructional delivery and suggest ways for

improvement.
