Schedules
• Consultation Periods. Partnered with the
asynchronous sessions, students are given time to
meet with the teacher (via conferencing or other
means of communication) to resolve matters that
concern the subject or any other assistance that the
teacher can offer.
• Snack Break or Lunch Breaks. Just like the regular
recess and lunch time in an on-site learning, the
student moves away from the screen and takes any
short off-learning routines at home, with the
supervision of an adult, guardian, or parent.
• Screen Breaks. The students are encouraged to take
a number of minutes away from the screen to
minimize the risk of screen dependency disorder
and eye strain.
• Research Period for Senior High School. Formerly
named as the library time, Grades 11 and 12
students use this period for the research subjects for
consultation or group meetings.
