Learning Experience

Following the Department of Education’s goal to ensure the
continuous learning of the students, Falcon School offers a

flexible teaching and learning process.

In the teaching-learning process, the household situation of
every learner is considered. The teachers, in partnership with the
guidance officer, are trained to provide an extensive and flexible

approach to any learner or individual who significantly:

• Struggles to adjust in the online learning set-up
• Lags in lessons

• Finds difficulty in connecting and participating in the
discussion

• Needs more focus and attention to master the
learning content
• Necessitates behavior modification

With these online learning realities considered ahead of time,
the school will continue to work in giving consultation

periods, conducting private discussions, and providing
enrichment activities to fill in the learning gaps that might
affect the teaching-learning process.
