About the Lodge
A state licensed provider for Skilled Nursing, the Lodge
focuses its services in three main areas – Inpatient and
Outpatient Rehabilitation, Long-Term Care and Memory
Care. Residents at the Lodge receive 24-hour care services
tailored to their individual needs. Whether your goal is
to return home following a rehabilitation stay or to have
permanent residence, the Lodge will create a treatment
plan custom for each individual.
