their home. Kelli Dobner, Samaritas Chief Growth

Americans Supervisor, along with refugee families in
Samaritas’ care, were in attendance.

Through the GoingPro Talent Fund, Samaritas employees participated in
several classes to build essential skills and improve efficiency and overall
effectiveness in their service delivery and operations.
Together, these “Rockstars” earned significant portable, industry-leading
skills, including LEAN Six Sigma and Project Management quality process
tools, advanced information technology software platform certifications,
and Behavioral Health evidence-based counseling practices.
