MISSION MOMENT

BRIANNA & HER BOY
When Child Protective Services referred Brianna to Samaritas, she
was unemployed, unable to drive legally, and in need of help to
raise her son. In her words, “I didn't have anything.” Through a
Samaritas Family Preservation program, she was able to get back
on her feet.

“I knew that was going to be the perfect program for me and my
son. They help you do things with your family and bring your
family closer. I don't have to worry about anyone judging me or
criticizing me. They're here to help.”

After leaving the program and working closely with her Samaritas
Caseworker, Brianna found a job and passed her driver's test. She’s
also pursuing a registered nurse's license.

“Hopefully, for my son, I'm gonna be the best mom I can be. I got
to be an example for him… Thank you. I appreciate it. And I love
this company.”
