Science fair-magic show

There is no magic in magic. With the help of Physics or Chemistry, “magic” is Science and “Science”
is magic. Each team came up with a magic performance, a recorded video that revealed the
secret behind the magic and how the magic is related to the scientific principle as well as a
poster advertising the magic itself. The creation of optical illusions to fool the brain, the ability
of sodium polyacrylate to absorb the water, making it seem to disappear and the generation of
static forces to spin the straw without touching it have clearly depicted how magic is correlated
to Science. The masterful performances and good pieces of work that our students did left the
spectators mystified and amused. After all, the magic tricks are really just hard puzzles and it
seems like a miracle but it is actually Science.
