ABOUT US C5
C5 Consultancy Ltd was established in 2006
by Hamid Samiy who began the company with
passion and experience in BAME community
engagement, publishing, marketing, the Criminal
Justice System, community Development and
community consultations.
Two years prior to C5 Consultancy, Hamid
ran a project called “Race for Justice”. The
Project was commissioned by Hampshire
and the Isle of Wight Criminal Justice Board,
to increase the confidence of the black and
minority ethnic communities in the Criminal
Justice System.
Hamid worked closely with all criminal
justice agencies reporting directly to the
chief officers.
