24,000 sqft fit-out of Rothman Orthopaedics Surgery Center
within the newly constructed AtlantiCare Medical Office
Building. New space includes 6 operating rooms, 12 pre-op bays,
and 15 PACU bays.

RWJ BARNABAS, New Brunswick, NJ
Project Management services to support Robert Wood Johnson
Barnabas Health’s in-house project management staff. Projects
vary in size, schedule, complexity and duration.

INPATIENT ADDICTION REHABILITATION CENTER
JOHN BROOKS RECOVERY CENTER, Mays Landing, NJ

New 58,000 sqft new construction of orthopaedic surgery
center. The new space, housed within a newly construction
Medical Office Building, includes six operating rooms, twelve
pre-op bays, fifteen PACU bays, and associated support space.

POST-PARTUM UNIT RENOVATION
ATLANTICARE, Pomona, NJ
25-bed multi-phased renovation required careful coordination
and orchestration of multiple departments - Labor and Delivery,
Facilities Management, IT, Cleaning Services, and Bio-Medical -
to allow for a successful, on-time completion while prioritizing
patient safety.
