National Mixed 4’s
In the National Mixed Four Quali-
fiers, there were 13 teams this
year, so teams were split into four
groups with the winners and run-
ners up qualifying for the knockout
stages.
The tournament was won by
Pam & Marie Toleman, Richard
Williams and Benny Bass who beat
their fellow Wonford team Maggie
Smith, Adam Perris, John & Shirley

The ISCA Centre played host to the
National and County Triples with the
16 teams who had qualified back in
October.
The teams were split into four
equal groups and after the round
robin the top two teams in each
group qualified for the knock out
stages.
After several knock out rounds
the final was held between George &
Tony Main and Elliott James (Yarn-
scombe) and Chloe Rundle, Carol
Dummett and Barry McPhilips

to take an early lead and they were
able to keep this lead for the rest of the game and thus became County Triples champions.
County/National Singles/Pairs
County/National Singles/Pairs
ISCA once again played host to the final stages of the National/County Singles. After the days
play the final was between Benny Bass (Uffculme) and George Main (Yarnscombe). George
Main went into the last end ahead and despite Benny's best effort George was able to keep
hold of his lead.
Alongside side the main knockout stages, there was a plate competition held for players
who had not qualified in the morning round robin stage. This was won by Luis Inacio (Bere Al-
ston) who beat Adam Perris (Wonford) in the final.
On Sunday the Pairs took place on Sunday at ISCA and followed the same format. After
the numerous knockour stages the final was played between Richard Williams (Exeter Nomads)
& Benny Bass (Uffculme) and Michael Ivings and James Trott (both Musbury).
