15 Generation Meng word-line

Yan Chang Sheng was the firstborn
son of forefather Yan Chun Tai and
better known as forefather Yan Meng
Te. His two sons, whose names were
not given, became the joint founder
of the Chang Chen conjugal house,
established at Tu Shan hamlet, Wu
Li Chieh district, Yung Chun
prefecture.
Yan Fa Nu, also known as forefather
Yan Meng Kuei, was the second son
of forefather Yan Chun Tai. His only
son, whose name was not mentioned
herein, succeeded him.
Yan Liang Sheng, stylistic name
forefather Yan Meng Huai, was the
third son of forefather Yan Chun Tai.
The names of his two sons were listed
in the next generation group below.
Yan Lung, stylistic name forefather
Yan Chien Hsien, was the fourth son
of forefather Yan Chun Tai. He was
appointed as an official, serving in
Honan province and his only son,
named Yan Hsiao Li became the
founder of the Lei conjugal house.
Yan Fa Chieh, styled forefather Yan
Meng Ching, was the fifth and
youngest son of forefather Yan Chun
Tai. He left behind his son, Yan
Hsiao Chi to become the elder and
leader of the Chi conjugal house.
16 Generation Sun word-line

Forefather Yan Lung was succeeded
by his two sons, whose names were;-
1. Yan Hsien Sun, stylistic name
Yan Lien Chai, and
2. Yan Te Sun, also known as
Yan Po Chai.
No further particulars were available
of their occupation or family
background.
17 Generation

Forefather Yan Hsien Sun left behind
two sons, whose names were:-
1. Yan Chi stylistic name Yan
Kan Weng, and
2. Yan Chung, who split and set
up the Han Chien clique.
Yan Chu was the only child of
forefather Yan Te Sun.
18 Generation

Forefather Yan Chi was very
successful in bringing up six sons to
carry on the ancestral heritage. New
residential places had to be found to
accommodate five of the descendants
of this large generation line.
1. Yan Jui was the eldest and
firstborn son of forefather Yan
Chi and he became the elder
and head of the Lung Yan Shu
clique, meaning the branch in
an area planted with Longan
fruit trees.
2. Yan Ping was the second son
of forefather Yan Chi and he
was chosen to stay behind and
look after the ancestral
mansion.
3. Yan Ying was the third son of
forefather Yan Chi and on
reaching his manhood; he
moved away to seek his living
