REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
The Director reserves the right to finalize and make all decisions regarding
RESIDENT AND NONRESIDENT refunds. Administrative Fee will be assessed for each refund.
Programs are open to EB residents on a first priority basis and Refunds will be issued if a program is cancelled
