Public Park

Within Building Boundaries

A new thirteen-storey building serves as a monument
and public front to a new public park that we would
provide that foregrounds the new building from the
train line and the streets. The strategic massing of the
architecture and positioning on the site distinguishes
the building from its surroundings while also allow-
ing for a public park to exist within the site boundary,
activating the site both publicly and privately.
