Hotel Information

The room rates at the Grand Hotel Resort & Spa are:
$233.00 Resort View • $250.00 Bay View • $242.00 Spa Resort View • $254.00 Spa Bay View
Rates do not include 15% resort fee which includes many amenities and 7% sales tax.

The above rate will be honored only from Dec. 9, 2024 (arrival date) to Dec. 18, 2024 (departure date).
Members are urged to register early and submit reservation request early, as there are only a limited
number of rooms available at the discounted rates listed above.

Cut-off date for reservations is Nov. 12, 2024. Reservation requests received after this date are subject to
guest room availability. Prevailing rates will apply. The LSBA room block is reserved for seminar attendees
only and you must be registered for the seminar.
Check In / Check Out

Check in is 4:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m. If arriving early, sleeping rooms may not be
available. Luggage may be stored with the hotel’s guest services staff. There may be a late charge for
check-out after 11:00 a.m.

Hotel Reservations – Confirmations / Cancellations

A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold individual’s reservation. AMEX, VISA, MC or
Discover are accepted. Should a guest cancel a reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received
at least five (5) working days prior to arrival, and a cancellation number is obtained. Name changes to room
reservations may be made up to 14 days prior to arrival at no charge.

Cancellations & Refunds (LSBA)

Cancellation of registration must be received in writing by the
LSBA no later than Nov. 15, 2024. Cancellation will receive a
full refund, less a $30 administrative charge. Absolutely no refunds
will be made after November 15, 2024.
