            LORETTA LARSEN          The LCLCE is pleased to provide you and the LSBA Board of Governors with a report

                                    The LCLCE is updating the Judges/Lawyers in the Classroom manual. This is a 200-

                                    page document that was prepared by the Louisiana District Judges Association in 2004.

                                    When  finished,  it  will  be  an  invaluable  resource  for  the  Lawyers/Judges  in  the

                                    on the Louisiana Commission on Civic Education’s civics education events calendar.

                                    In September, the LCLCE Director participated in zoom meetings with the Louisiana
         REP. FRANK A. HOFFMANN     Council for the Social Studies and the Center for Civic Education. Multiple updates

            JEFFREY D. HUFFT        were made to the LCLCE’s website, which included posting the names of 72 attorneys’
                                    and judges’ who have donated funds through the LSBA’s dues check-off option.

           BETTY ANN MAURY          As of September 30, 2020, the LCLCE checking account balance was $277,205.18.
                                    Funds  to  assist  with  operational  expenses  were  received  and  deposited  from  the
