5. Approval of At-Large Appointment – Shayna L. Sonnier
Approval/authorization for Ms. Sonnier’s at-large appointment to the Board of Governors. It
is a three-year position which begins at the close of the 2023 Annual Meeting and ends at the
close of the 2026 Annual Meeting.
