inter-branch Mental Health Commissions forming in many states around the country, the group is
working with the Supreme Court and Access to Justice Commission to identify the highest priority
needs and determine the relevancy of a multidisciplinary Mental Health Commission in Louisiana.
Additionally, the group is currently working with the Louisiana Mental Health Association to
develop much needed cross-trainings for legal and mental health professionals to host at their
annual conference.
