6. MCLE Committee Appointments – Stephen I. Dwyer
Consideration of appointments as follows:
a. Reappointment of Patrick A. Talley, Jr. for a second three-year term which will
begin January 1, 2023 and end December 31, 2025; and
b. Reappointment W. Michael Street for a second three-year term which will begin
January 1, 2023 and end December 31, 2025.

7. JLAP Lease Extension – H. Minor Pipes III
Consideration of extension of JLAP lease for thirty-six (36) months at a rate of $2,666.67
per month.

8. Consideration of Employee Retirement Contribution – Stephen I. Dwyer
Consideration of the annual employee retirement contribution equal to 10 percent of gross
wages, for LSBA and JLAP employees meeting eligibility requirements (JLAP employees’
contributions are funded through JLAP budget). Funds for LSBA employees’ contribution
were approved in the 2022/2023 budget adopted by the Board on June 10, 2022.

9. Lawyer Advertising – Stephen I. Dwyer
Consideration of modified fee schedule for lawyer advertising evaluations in response to
discussions at August 2022 Board meeting.

10. Committee on Bar Admissions – Stephen I. Dwyer
Preliminary request from Louisiana Supreme Court regarding funding for operation of
Committee on Bar Admissions.

11. Budget Committee Recommendations – Larry J. Centola
Consideration of recommendations from Budget Committee from its November 10, 2022
meeting.
